Earlier in the month we went to the local parade which was pretty good with some of the big ol' balloons you might see in the Macy's parade. Unfortunately it was very wet, windy, and cold. We lasted for half of the parade. There was some hilarious dance groups, bands etc. . . we had fun, but hopefully next year the weather will be better so we can stick around at the end for Santa.

I LOVE the star wars group...very Christmasy for sure!! Our Christmas parades are always sooo cold with lots of snow. There is always hot chocolate and fire barrals burning on every corner. But your parade looked way cooler, ours is at night and just a bunch of floats with Christmas lights all over them..very small town, but very nice. Merry Christmas!
Thank you for your sweet comment. I too miss dear friends like you. Seeing how we'll be in Southern California for a while. Your family can come and stay with us and we'll have to take the kids to Disneyland. I know Cole and Mike would have a great time surfing as well. Love you and your family.
