Why do I . . . ?
. . . let the kids go outside to jump in the puddles even though they have colds? Because it's fun, if we didn't they wouldn't be able to go outside until next June, remember we live in Oregon, and they love it!

Oh I have so many of those! Just know we all do it and it make syou a good mom! Kids need silly fun!
I love that you let your kids have fun in imaginative ways. That is so important for good mental health... especially if it lets pregnant mom get some much needed rest.
Daisha, atleast its rain and not snow (We got 6 inches of that in Rexburg saturday). And by the way, the close up of dominic kinda looks like kenya.

That looks like fun to me !! I wish it was raining here !! No need to ask yourself why, we all need a break every once and a while and we all know we will do whatever to keep the kiddies out of the way for a few minutes.
